Karen Jethroe is Senior Pastor of Inner Circle Ministries Outreach & Deliverance Church.  Over the past forty years she has walked faithfully serving her Lord and Savior, Jesus Christ.  She is also the President and Founder of W.I.V.E.S., a ministry devoted to the preservation of the biblical standard of marriage between a man and a woman and to encourage women whose desire is to uphold this institution as well.

She is known as an energetic, anointed speaker, as well as one who prays fervently accomplishing the will of God with visible manifestation.  She has a passion to encourage and motivate those who desire to live out their kingdom purpose in the earth.  Filled with vision, faith and tenacity, she humbly walks intimately and obediently with the Holy Spirit looking forward to that joyful day when she will hear the Master say, "well done, my good and faithful servant."

She has been married to her husband Dennis for more than three decades.  Together they have four adult children and nine "amazing" grandchildren.with more on the way.

Pastor Cora Brooks is co-pastor of Inner Circle Ministries Outreach & Deliverance Church in Belleville, Illinois where she is currently serving in her fourth year.  She has been walking in leadership ministry for over 25 years.  In the late 1970's Pastor Cora was called to the teaching ministry.  For the next 20 + years she worked along side Pastor Karen Jethroe as co-director of Inner Circle Ministries.  As an outreach ministry, Inner Circle met the spiritual, emotional and financial needs of single women, divorced women, wives of men who were incarcerated, and prison inmates.  As a ministry working inside the church walls Pastor Cora developed and taught bible study curriculum directed toward building character and integrity in the body of Christ.  Pastor Karen and Pastor Cora have taught this curriculum in several churches and a special curriculum has been written for prison ministry teaching.  Pastor Cora's education is in psychology and organizational development.  She has worked in management for over 30 years where she gained a plethora of people skills.  This knowledge along with the power of the Holy Spirit's guidance has allowed her to see hundreds achieve the Christian lifestyle.

            Last year she founded Get-a-life coach seminars and counseling.  Her counseling expertise are in finances, escaping from abuse, relocating, changing careers and more.  She has 2 adult daughter and 3 beautiful grandchildren.
